Matt Fields
Matt is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering evidence based psychotherapy. Licensed in CT and NY, providing in person sessions in New Haven and telehealth options.
He specializes in executive function coaching, trauma-informed care, executive psychology, CBT, DBT, Grief, and Family Systems Therapy. He also works closely with psychiatric providers to give clients a comprehensive treatment plan for whatever you face.

Gold Care Navigation is dedicated to providing comprehensive, family centered addiction and mental health services. We offer licensed therapy, accredited recovery coaching, case management, safe transportation, treatment navigation, and consultation services. Our team is committed to working with families who are struggling to navigate the treatment and recovery process. We proudly assist clients and families in any stage of their journey, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance needed to achieve lasting recovery.
